This marketing website does not use advertising cookies, analytics tools or user accounts. When the site is accessed, the hosting provider may process technically necessary data such as IP address, date and time, requested page, browser and operating system in server log files to securely deliver the website. 3. App Store link

If you follow a link to Apple’s App Store, you leave this website. Apple processes data under its own privacy terms. Trukon has no control over that processing.

4. Data in the Trukon app

Trukon does not require a Trukon account and does not operate its own server for your trip data. Trips, places, photos, expenses and notes are stored locally on your iPhone or in your personal iCloud account if you use iCloud. iCloud services are provided by Apple under your Apple account and settings.

5. Map and location functions

The app uses Apple map services for map and place functions. Requests necessary to provide those features may be processed by Apple. Location access is only used in accordance with the permissions you choose in iOS.

6. Your rights

Where the GDPR applies, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. You may also lodge a complaint with a competent data protection authority. Contact the controller above to exercise your rights.
